There is nothing like a dream to create the future - Victor Hugo

The Purpose of Life is a Life of Purpose

The Purpose of Life is a Life of Purpose

The definition of a habit is “A behavior pattern acquired by frequent repetition or physiologic exposure that shows itself in regularity or increased facility of performance.”

It’s been said for a new behavior to crystalize into a habit, the new activity must be performed for twenty-one days in a row.  A bad habit once acquired is not easily broken.  The only way to install a new habit is to direct so much energy toward it that the old one slips away.  There is tremendous power in rituals.  Most of us do the same thing upon waking up, without giving any thought to what we are doing. Breaking habits bring us one step closer to attaining goals and advancing along the purpose of life. Performing a new activity at the same time for twenty-one days will insert a new routine thereby performing a new habit.

Using passion to break habits is a potent fuel for your dreams.
